Mike Coppolino is a college basketball coach, recruiter, and mentor with more than 15 years of experience across the NCAA Division I and Division III levels. His coaching career includes stops at Alfred University, Mount Saint Mary College, George Fox University, and the United States Naval Academy, where he has focused on player development, recruiting, defensive strategy, and building strong team cultures.

As a head coach at Mount Saint Mary and George Fox, Mike compiled a 142-106 career record. At Mount Saint Mary, he led a major program turnaround, earned back-to-back Skyline Conference Coach of the Year honors, and guided the team to an undefeated conference season and NCAA Tournament appearance. At George Fox, he led the Bruins to an NWC Tournament championship and NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance, while also helping his team achieve one of the top academic GPAs in Division III women’s basketball.
