Tyler Papadinis brings 15 years of experience in college basketball coaching, recruiting, and education, with a career rooted in mentorship and helping young people reach their potential. He has coached at some of the nation’s top academic institutions, including MIT, and Bowdoin College in the NESCAC, and has also served as a Head Coach at Rhodes College and Associate Head Coach at UMass Boston.

In addition to his college coaching career, Tyler spent 10 years as a high school math and special education teacher, giving him a unique perspective on student development both on and off the court. His passion has always been building relationships, guiding student-athletes through important life decisions, and helping families navigate the often confusing recruiting process with clarity and confidence.

What excites Tyler most about working with Real Hoop Recruit is the opportunity to support student-athletes in every area of their journey — from improving their basketball performance through film analysis and mentorship, to developing smarter recruiting strategies, to connecting them with current and former college coaches who can provide additional guidance and resources.
