Tyler Papadinis

Tyler Papadinis is a college basketball coach and educator with 15 years of experience in coaching, recruiting, and mentorship. His career has been dedicated to helping young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. He has coached at several of the nation’s top academic institutions, including MIT and Bowdoin College (NESCAC), and has also served as Head Coach at Rhodes College and Associate Head Coach at UMass Boston.

In addition to his college coaching experience, Tyler spent 10 years as a high school math and special education teacher, giving him a unique perspective on how student-athletes grow academically, athletically, and personally. His passion has always been building strong relationships, guiding young people through major life decisions, and helping families navigate the recruiting process with clarity and confidence.

What excites Tyler most about working with Real Hoop Recruit is the opportunity to support student-athletes at every stage of their journey. This includes improving their basketball performance through film analysis and mentorship, building smarter recruiting strategies, and connecting with college coaches who can offer insight and support. He’s committed to providing honest guidance and helping families feel confident that they’re taking the right steps toward the right opportunities.
