Archbishop Wood guard Brady MacAdams commits to Marist College

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Brady MacAdams, a 6’5 guard from Archbishop Wood in Pennsylvania and a Team Final EYBL standout, has committed to Marist College. A tough, physical two way guard who can score through contact and knock down threes, Brady brings a winning blend of strength, skill, and competitiveness that translates to college basketball. He arrives as a versatile piece who rebounds at a high level for his position and plays with the edge and consistency that coaches trust.

Physical scoring with three level range

Brady is a confident shot maker who can score from all three levels and punish defenses in multiple ways. He can shoot off the catch and off the dribble with a quick release and remarkable range from deep, then turn around and get buckets in the paint and in transition. His tight handle and strength let him hold his line on drives, absorb contact, and still finish through traffic.

Toughness, rebounding, and winning impact

What separates Brady is his old school toughness and the way he impacts possessions beyond scoring. He is strong and athletic, can play above the rim, and competes on every rebound, making him a plus rebounder from the guard spot. As a first team All Catholic League selection, he has proven he can produce in winning environments and bring physical, reliable play on both ends.

National Exposure Through Real Hoops

Brady continued to build momentum through his high level play with Team Final EYBL and his consistent production in key moments. Alongside that, his development was supported through Real Hoops, where he worked with Real Hoops CEO Kevin Driscoll to break down film, identify growth opportunities, and sharpen the details that translate to the college game. That combination of exposure and intentional development helped Brady find a strong fit at Marist.

Real Hoops CEO Kevin Driscoll on Brady’s Commitment

“Brady is the kind of player you win with because he brings toughness, versatility, and real physical strength to every possession,” said Kevin Driscoll, CEO of Real Hoops. “It was a pleasure breaking down his game with him because he is a student of the game and he is always searching for ways to improve. Marist is getting a competitive guard who can score at all three levels and impact winning right away.”

A Major Addition for Marist College

Brady gives Marist a strong, versatile guard who can stretch the floor with deep range and attack the rim through contact. His ability to create shots off the dribble, score in transition, and rebound his position adds value in multiple lineups. With his toughness and proven production against high level competition, he projects as a player who can earn trust early and keep rising in the program.
